Return and Refund Policy
Your right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and European regulations on distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of product receipt, without having to provide any reason.
How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving the product, indicating:
- Order number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return (optional)
We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Conditions for return
The product must be returned:
- Undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories and included documentation
- Within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal
Return shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error in shipping on our part.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund of the amount paid (excluding any original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage: we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized at the specific request of the customer.
